The implementation design is to help citizens engage with the zone Lieutenant directly responsible for the location of their concern. Deputy Jayson Williams,
Deputies Keith Inman and Jayson Williams responded to 3024 Washington Rd. on February 6, 2017, in reference to an unresponsive male in a vehicle. Upon arrival they discovered a male subject with a weak pulse and shallow respiration. A short time later the subject stopped breathing. Deputies Inman and Williams reacted quickly and began CPR on the subject until EMS arrived. Due to the prompt actions of the responding deputies, the subject was revived and started to breathe on his own again.
